Full job description

Job Title : Production Administrator - Production (Works)

Reporting To :Manufacturing Manager and Production Admin Supervisor

Hours of Work : 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday; 8am - 3pm Fridays

Salary : £ neg

Sabeti Wain Aerospace Ltd is a world leader in the design & manufacturer of bespoke aircraft interiors and upholstery systems.

As a busy expanding Company, we require an additional Administrator provide administrative support to the Production Team

Main duties will include :

Attending daily Production Planning meeting with Production Team members, Shopfloor & Development Department
Managing Customer Portals, including accepting and printing orders, date adjustments, downloading schedules and FAIs for action and review
Processing Sales Orders on Sage, to include checking SWA Logs for programs & Revs and checking pricing in addition to completion of Customer Sales Order Review Checklist Form and Contract Review
Updating Utilisation for programme and checking stock
Obtaining quotations from Suppliers to ensure SWA has sufficient stock
Raise and issue IPO’s as required to other SWA facilities
Raise and issue Purchase Orders / FOC Purchase Orders with Suppliers or Customers and SWA facilities
Liaise with Customer where leather/fabric is supplied FOC to ensure SWA has sufficient stock
Liaising with Customers, Suppliers and SWA Shopfloor to ensure orders are completed on time
Print labels as required for Shopfloor from Job Cards, liaising with Development Teams to create new labels as needed and update labels as required, following receipt of CN from Development Department
Email PDR’s/PDV’s to Customers when an ECN is pending and parts are put into work, plus updating of Concession Application Notices Log and Job Cards with Permit Number when received from PDV
Concessions/Production permit Approval Signatory as required for SWA Quality needs, SWA Development Department and Customers
Customer MRB, for NCR procedures as required for SWA Quality needs
Document control and maintaining records as per Production Administrative procedures
Responsible for own allocated tasks and actions
Supporting the General Manager and other Team members as required

Other Duties & Responsibilities :

As a term of your employment with Sabeti Wain Aerospace, you may be required to undertake such other duties and commensurate with your remuneration and/or hours of work at your initial place of work and/or at other facilities/locations owned/operated by Sabeti Wain Aerospace
Additional responsibilities may include supporting Goods-In team with booking in and out tasks
Qualified Internal Auditor AS9100:2016 for/behalf of SWA Quality dept.
First Aider
Check CofC’s and sign for shipping

This position requires the following skills & abilities :

Excellent communication skills – in both written and spoken English
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Word and Excel is require
Possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Willing to take responsibility for allocated tasks and actions, be able to work on own initiative as well as being a valuable member of our busy team
Be self-motivated, flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks required

Note: With the role being onsite only, due to past experiences we request that applicants reside within a 20 miles radius of the business location with the post code being HP11 2PF.
