Are you a passionate and motivated catering professional who enjoys leading by example? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, family-focused environment where no two days are the same? If so, Odds Farm Park is looking for a hands-on Catering Supervisor to join our friendly and energetic team.

About the Role

As Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our busy food and beverage outlets. This is a hands-on position where you will work alongside the team to deliver excellent food, outstanding customer service, and a memorable experience for our visitors.

You will support the Catering Management team in maintaining high standards across all catering areas while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of catering assistants.
Work alongside the team serving customers, preparing food, and maintaining service standards.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
Support with staff training, development, and performance management.
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and ordering requirements.
Help control labour and food costs while maintaining quality standards.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Assist with opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
Ensure catering outlets are clean, well-presented, and fully operational throughout the day.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service supervisory role.
Leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude.
Is confident managing teams in a busy environment.
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Works well under pressure and remains organised during peak trading periods.
Has a good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety requirements.
Is flexible and available to work weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays
