As the business continues to grow, LV INFRATECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executiveto strengthen its commercial operations, support client acquisition, develop strategic partnerships, and help drive sustainable business growth.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with agencies and clients, supporting sales activities, coordinating marketing initiatives with Directors, and managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

This position will play a vital role in supporting the company's continued expansion, ensuring a strong sales pipeline, maintaining valuable industry relationships, and helping to deliver long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across the engineering consultancy and construction sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with agencies that provide contract and project opportunities.
Identify and engage new agencies, clients, contractors, and commercial partners.
Manage sales activities from lead generation through to contract award and client onboarding.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-up discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Work closely with company Directors to coordinate marketing and business development activities.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, capability statements, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support onboarding processes for new clients and commercial partners.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and business development activity logs.
Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry meetings, and business engagements.

Requirements

Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or a similar commercial role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement activities.
Commercially aware with an understanding of business growth and sales processes.
Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable

Experience within engineering consultancy, construction, mechanical services, infrastructure, or technical services sectors.
Knowledge of tendering processes and commercial proposal preparation.
Experience working with agencies, subcontractors, and supplier networks.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related subject.
Experience with digital marketing and business development platforms.
