About the Role

Manna Jaya Global Trade Ltd operates within the trade services, supplier coordination, logistics support, procurement operations, and business solutions sector. We are seeking a Trade Operations Director to lead daily trade operations, oversee supplier and partner workflows, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead trade operations, supplier coordination, logistics workflows, and service delivery activities
Oversee operational planning, team performance, budgets, reporting, and service standards
Coordinate with vendors, clients, logistics partners, internal departments, and senior stakeholders
Monitor delivery timelines, supplier performance, operational risks, and service quality
Develop strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, workflow accuracy, and business outcomes
Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
Prepare senior-level reports, operational updates, and trade service recommendations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in trade operations, logistics, procurement, supplier coordination, international business, or operations management
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with suppliers, logistics partners, clients, vendors, or service delivery teams is an advantage

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred

Pay: £74,000.00-£104,000.00 per year
