Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Personal Assistant / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of three growing businesses:

A Property Company
A Beauty Salon
A Skincare Brand

This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and keeping multiple projects running smoothly. No two days are the same, so you must be proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations across all three businesses.
Coordinate property management, including liaising with tenants, customers, contractors, and builders.
Oversee renovation projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Handle customer enquiries and maintain excellent client relationships.
Organise schedules, appointments, meetings, and business priorities.
Provide high-level administrative support and maintain accurate records.
Assist with marketing campaigns and business growth strategies.
Manage and create content for social media platforms.
Help implement and improve company systems, processes, and structure.
Coordinate suppliers, stock, and operational logistics.
Be willing to assist with occasional physical tasks, including moving boxes and transporting items between business locations when required.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a management, operations, or senior PA role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience in property management and/or renovation projects.
Strong administrative and communication skills.
Marketing knowledge and confidence using social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel between locations.
