Location: The Signals, Hook
Hours: 18.75 per week
Salary: £27,724 pro rata
Contract: Permanent

Join our team as a Wellbeing Advisor!

Are you passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others? Do you excel at creating personalised wellness plans? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct wellbeing assessments and create personalised plans for residents.
Promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through one-to-one support and group activities.
Organise and lead wellbeing events, workshops, and social activities.
Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy living.
Maintain accurate wellbeing records and monitor progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance resident experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about improving the lives of older people.
Experienced in delivering wellbeing, health, or fitness services.
Skilled in communication and building positive relationships.
Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ideally qualified in health, fitness, or wellbeing (or willing to work towards this).
Able to complete an enhanced DBS check.
