Full job description

Overview

Part time, onsite role (warehouse office).

We require a proactive, self-motivated individual to work alongside the owner and handle day to day office operations.

Suitable for a highly organised and social individual, confident with customer relations and comfortable with responsibility.

Duties

Answering phone calls, email and online enquires
Maintaining existing customer relationships
Filtering through enquires
Preparing and sending quotes
Managing social media platforms
Maintain customer and company record
Coordinating transport for deliveries and collections
General administrative support

Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills
Willing and able to learn the racking industry quickly
Independent, reliable and takes initiative
Confident with phone calls, messages and emails
Proficient in Microsoft office and social media platforms
Experience in administrative/customer services role – highly preferred

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
