Senior Property Inspector

Salary: £44,043 - £47,634

Hours: 37 hours per week (Occasional work outside normal working hours to support operational service needs)

Lead a team that helps shape the future of our housing stock

Are you an experienced property professional with a passion for leadership, quality and customer service? We're looking for a Senior Property Inspector to lead our Property Inspectorate Team and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality inspections, surveys and data collection across our housing stock. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical property knowledge with people leadership, helping to drive service improvement, performance and quality standards

What you'll be doing

You'll lead and support a team of Property Inspectors and Assistant Property Inspectors while ensuring customers receive an efficient, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and motivating a team of Property Inspectors
Monitoring inspection performance and service delivery
Quality assuring surveys and inspection data
Identifying trends and risks across the housing stock
Supporting compliance with Awaab's Law and housing standards
Developing staff through coaching, supervision and training
Working collaboratively with repairs, housing and asset teams

About you
