Full job description

An exciting opportunity to join our existing team at HPSL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of all planned and emergency maintenance work.

This includes the organisation and prioritisation of work schedules, administration and updating of the database, managing engineers’ diaries, responding to emails, generating quotes, and processing invoices.

Further duties include answering telephone calls, maintaining accurate records, managing customer expectations, and taking delivery of stock.

Requirements

Excellent administration skills
Computer literate
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team
Sound knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of Joblogic and Xero is desirable but not essential

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Barnstaple EX31: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
