Senior Administrator

I Park Services Limited

Due to continued growth, I Park Services Limited is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Accurate data entry and record keeping
Monitoring CCTV footage
Handling cash collection and reconciliation
Supporting the wider team with additional administrative tasks as required

About You

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work accurately in a busy office environment.

You'll have:

Previous experience in an office administration or similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
A positive, professional, and flexible approach to work

Essential Requirements

GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above preferred)
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
Full UK Driving Licence
Fluent English
Ability to work on-site

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 per annum
Salary review following successful completion of the probationary period
