Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking as necessary.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their experience.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
