Your responsibilities

As the Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of projects for a number of clients. You will consistently provide a first-class service to your clients, whilst effectively explaining requirements to developers, designers and quality assurance to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

A few of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple digital projects, from marketing asset creation and localisation to ongoing support retainers.
Creating detailed project timelines, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and keeping them informed.
Translating client requirements into clear briefs for developers, designers, and quality assurance teams.
Keeping project plans, reports, and task boards up to date.
Identifying and resolving project issues or blockers efficiently.
Monitoring budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within scope.
Ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.

Your profile

Key skills and experience we're looking for:

Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns and development projects on time and to specification.
Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency in a project or account management role.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain excellent organisation.
A results-driven, delivery-focused mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional client service.
Confident communicator, able to engage with designers and developers at all levels, ensuring smooth project execution.

Bonus skills and experience include:

Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-market localisation projects.
Strong account management background with experience nurturing long-term client relationships.

The money - We're offering a salary of between £30,000 - £40,000 for the right candidate.
32 days holiday (including public holidays and a Christmas shutdown) - for time to properly unwind and recharge your batteries.
Your birthday off - this is in addition to regular holiday time. Nobody should have to work on their birthday, right?
Flexible working hours - our core hours are 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm, but other than that you can work when you want. It's your call.
5. Hybrid working options - choose where you work, at the studio or remotely, or any combination to suit you.
6. Hot and cold drinks, plenty of fresh fruit and cakes available at the studio - a combination of healthy snacks and sweet treats to help keep you energised.
