Job Overview
About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Support Worker to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for people and process to support a range of HR activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of HR functions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee records.
Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and databases.
Support the coordination of interviews, training sessions, and performance appraisals.
Respond to general HR queries from staff, escalating where necessary.
Assist with HR projects such as policy reviews
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and employment law standards.

Person Specification

Essential:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems.

Desirable:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices.
