Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Kitchen Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and baked goods according to established recipes
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols at all times
Serve customers with a positive attitude, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick turnaround of orders
Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, restocking ingredients, and cleaning workstations regularly
Follow proper cash handling procedures and assist with basic math calculations for transactions
Complete cleaning to high standards

Experience

Previous barista experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with espresso machines and drink customization
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to detail and safety standards
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory levels effectively
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
