Full job description

Job Summary
Part-time permanent position providing general administrative support to our Accounts and Service Departments. Duties include general office administration, answering calls and emails, dealing with customer and supplier queries, supporting accounts and credit control, preparing post and parcels, maintaining records and assisting with engineer scheduling.

The role is for 18–22 hours per week, with some additional hours available when required to cover annual leave and sickness

Responsibilities

Good organisational and communication skills
Reliable, friendly and proactive
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Previous office or accounts experience preferred
Experience with Sage would be an advantage, but training will be provided
Good customer service skills
Ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks and prioritise workload

Pay: £13.50 per hour
