We started in IT support. We moved into cyber security as the threat landscape changed. Right now, the biggest conversation in UK business is AI governance: organisations are adopting AI tools faster than they can control them, and they need visibility, policy and risk management around what their staff are actually doing with AI.

That is where the majority of our current pipeline sits, and it is the area you will spend most of your time selling into. It is a genuinely new market, which means fewer incumbents, warmer conversations and a real reason for a decision maker to take your call.

You will still sell across our full portfolio — managed IT, cyber security and connectivity — and as the market shifts again, we will shift with it. We expect the same from the people we hire: curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn a new proposition quickly.

The Role

Your focus will be to generate, manage and close new business opportunities across our AI governance, cyber security, IT and connectivity solutions — with AI governance as the primary spearhead into new accounts.

You will initially focus on building pipeline and developing sales skills, before progressing into full-cycle sales.

Your first 3 months will involve:

Booking meetings with decision makers
Learning our services and value proposition, with a deep focus on AI governance
Building a sales pipeline
Working alongside senior sales leaders
Developing outbound prospecting skills

Within 3–5 months you will:

Run your own opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle
Close your own deals
Carry your own sales target
Contribute directly to company revenue

Your success directly drives your earnings and progression.

What Success Looks Like

5 qualified meetings booked

Month 2

7 qualified meetings booked

Month 3 onwards

10+ meetings per month

Closing your own deals
Managing full sales cycles
Driving measurable revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

Cold calling and outbound prospecting
LinkedIn and email outreach
Leading conversations with businesses on AI adoption, risk and governance
Following up marketing leads
Attending networking and industry events
Managing pipeline within HubSpot CRM
Running discovery calls and sales meetings
Building relationships with business decision makers
Staying current as our proposition evolves with the market
