Full job description

Join our IT Team

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide first and second-line support across the business.

You’ll be the go-to person for IT support, helping colleagues stay connected, productive, and secure while delivering an excellent support experience.

What you’ll do

Provide first and second-line IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for users and delivering excellent customer service.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365-related issues through remote and on-site support.
Manage service desk tickets, ensuring incidents and requests are logged, prioritised, resolved, or escalated within agreed service levels.
Administer user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and joiner/mover/leaver processes across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
Support the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, business systems, and security controls.
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology projects, working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Identify recurring issues, contribute to service improvements, and ensure support activities are recorded effectively within ServiceNow.

What we’re looking for

✔ Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
✔ Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365,and IT support processes
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to prioritise and solve problems effectively

Desirable:

Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
ServiceNow or ITSM tools
ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft certifications
Exposure to AWS and cybersecurity best practices
