Administration Assistant / Call Handler

Location: Morecambe, Lancashire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join TRS Tyres Ltd

TRS Tyres Ltd is the UK's largest commercial casing broker and one of the country's leading truck tyre collection and distribution businesses.

Working in partnership with global brands including Goodyear, Michelin and Hankook, we collect and distribute over 15,000 truck and bus tyres every week across the UK.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant / Call Handler to join our busy operations team.

The Role

This is a varied office-based role that is vital to the smooth running of our nationwide operation. You will be responsible for supporting our customers, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring work is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Raising customer invoices.
Uploading and managing jobs on customer portals.
Booking deliveries in and out.
Answering incoming tyre breakdown calls.
Dispatching breakdowns to our nationwide network of service providers.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and drivers.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Providing general administrative support to the operations team.

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will be:

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confident communicating over the telephone and by email.
Professional, reliable and punctual.
Computer literate with good attention to detail.
A team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Able to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure.

Experience

Previous experience in an administration, customer service, transport or logistics role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
