Key Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience from arrival through to departure
Manage guest enquiries, reservations and requests efficiently and confidently
Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and professionally
Build knowledge of the hotel and promote facilities, services and experiences to guests
Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation and attention to detail

Person Specification

Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly and confident approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
