Position Overview: Salon Stylist

As a Salon Stylist at Vital Salon, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, skill, and passion for Hair. You will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment where excellence is not just encouraged but expected. This position offers room for professional growth and development within our salon community.

Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of hair services to clients, including haircuts, styling, colouring, and more.
Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Contribute to the positive atmosphere of the salon by embodying our core values.

Qualifications:

A minimum NVQ level 2
Proven experience in providing salon services.
Exceptional customer service skills.
A passion for hair and a commitment to staying current in the field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
