Job Summary

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team.

We are looking for welcoming attitude will set the tone for a positive patient experience.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using our practice management software
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle incoming calls promptly, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate patient records, insurance information, and appointment logs
Assist with billing procedures, including processing payments and verifying insurance coverage
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely flow of patient care and clinic operations

Skills

Previous Reception experience or administrative experience is highly desirable to ensure smooth daily operations
Proficiency with Dentally software
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Reliable and responsible
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software and practice management systems to streamline scheduling and recordkeeping
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
