A Day in the Life

As a coordinator at Medtronic, you will play a vital role in supporting our UK & Ireland business by providing high-quality detailed support to Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, enabling teams to focus on delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide dedicated support to the UK & Ireland Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination of business activities
Manage sales and marketing materials, including literature, promotional items, product information packs, and stock levels to support customer-facing teams
Coordinate logistics and organisational support for exhibitions, customer training events, and other business activities, including liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate databases, internal systems, shared files, mailing lists, and business information to ensure data quality and accessibility
Prepare reports, analyse sales data, and provide business insights through accurate reporting and data management
Create and manage business documentation, including presentations, service agreements, communications, meeting materials, and product-related information
Provide flexible support across the business, responding to enquiries, supporting projects, and assisting teams with ad hoc tasks as required

Required Knowledge & Experience:

Previous business experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or other business functions within a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with external suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, with experience preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation
