Based in our Leeds office, you'll be part of a collaborative team of HR professionals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, driving continuous improvement, and embracing innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As our People function evolves, you'll also have the chance to contribute to AI and automation initiatives that are transforming how we deliver HR services, improve employee experiences and drive operational excellence.

What you will be doing

Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, contractual changes, leavers and employee data management
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional support and guidance via phone, email and ticketing systems
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal governance standards
Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving queries efficiently, accurately and within agreed service levels
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
Contribute to AI and automation projects, helping to improve self-service solutions, knowledge management and workflow efficiency
Analyse employee query trends and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, service quality and response times
Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Systems and wider business stakeholders, while supporting People Team projects and transformation activities

Experience working within an HR Administration, HR Shared Services or customer service environment, managing high-volume workloads with accuracy and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and provide excellent customer support
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands while meeting deadlines, KPIs and SLAs
A proactive and technology-minded approach, with an interest in process improvement, AI, automation and learning new systems and technologies
