We believe enterprise software should run smoothly, support high performance, and empower its users every single day. We are looking for an SAP Application Support Specialist who can take ownership of our core module ecosystem. You aren't just resolving tickets; you are defining operational excellence and workflow efficiency. You will act as the key liaison between complex technical configurations and intuitive business processes, serving as the dedicated advocate for our end-users in every system discussion.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident & Escalation Management: Diagnose, investigate, and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 SAP application incidents promptly within established SLAs.
Process & Module Optimization: Perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues and implement functional configuration adjustments across key modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM).
Business Analysis & Enablement: Partner directly with business unit managers to gather functional requirements, refine workflow processes, and deliver actionable user support and training.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead the design and execution of unit, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all system enhancements, patches, and integrations.
Knowledge Management: Maintain and elevate standard operating procedures, system documentation, and troubleshooting playbooks to keep our operational knowledge base comprehensive.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in supporting, configuring, and optimizing SAP ERP application modules within an enterprise environment.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience driving issue resolution, configuring key functional areas, and delivering smooth system releases.
Tooling: Strong proficiency in core SAP functional areas, transport management, and standard IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong ability to translate technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset: You are pragmatic, analytical, and proactive. You know how to troubleshoot complex system logic under pressure while maintaining a relentless focus on stability and continuous improvement.

Pay: £42,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
