Key Responsibilities:

Transport Coordination: Coordinate daily transport activities, including delivery schedules, collections, and driver communication.

Route and Schedule Management: Support transport planning by organising efficient routes and monitoring delivery progress.

Driver Support: Act as a key point of contact for drivers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, and service requirements.

Documentation Management: Prepare, check, and maintain accurate transport records, delivery paperwork, and operational information.

Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges quickly and work with the team to find effective solutions.

Systems and Administration: Maintain accurate information using logistics systems, spreadsheets, and internal processes.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, dispatch, freight, supply chain, or a similar operational role is preferred.

Organisation Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with customers, drivers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and find practical solutions.

Technology Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
