Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer and become a vital part of transforming vehicles into works of art! Duties

Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Mix and match paints accurately to achieve the desired color and finish.
Operate spray guns, air compressors, and other power tools safely and efficiently to apply primer, base coats, and clear coats.
Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections, touch up as needed, and perform sanding or polishing to achieve a smooth finish.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and handling hazardous materials responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
Assist with heavy lifting of vehicles or parts when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Qualifications

Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and painting processes.
Experience using hand tools such as sanders, scrapers, and masking equipment.
Proficiency with power tools including spray guns, air compressors, and polishing machines.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling vehicle parts or components.
Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
Prior experience in automotive painting or body shop environments is preferred but not mandatory.
