We are looking for a Food Production Operative who can take ownership of our day-to-day packaging and blending operations. You aren't just moving boxes; you are maintaining the flavor, quality, and food safety standards our customers depend on. Key Responsibilities

Blending & Batch Prep: Accurately measure and blend dry spices and seasonings according to strict recipe ratios and product specifications.
Line Operation & Packing: Efficiently run filling and packaging lines, ensuring products are labeled, sealed, and boxed accurately.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular check-weighing, batch checks, and visual inspections to catch defectives before products leave the building.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless work station by executing continuous clean-as-you-go practices and standard sanitization routines.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to Food Safety (HACCP) regulations and Health & Safety at Work standards at all times.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully follow written recipes, safety protocols, and quality check sheets without skipping steps.
Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and capable of manual handling (lifting up to 15–20 kg safely).
Language & Communication: Good written and spoken English skills to understand safety instructions, operational sheets, and communicate clearly with the team.
Mindset: You are reliable, punctual, and take personal pride in keeping standards high and operations running smoothly.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
