Full job description

TQ Law based in Leigh are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant in a busy support team. Legal experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided. Salary to be minimum wage .

Job Description

Position: Admin Assistant

Team: Reception Team

Reports to: Reception Team Manager

Location: 54 Church Street, Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1AZ

Overall Objective

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal Teams

Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

1. Answering all calls promptly in a professional manner

2. Scan or copy relevant paperwork

3. Deal with clients’ queries, other sides and referrers by email, phone, letter and also face to face

4. Obtain clients, CCL and related documents, identification and money on accounts

5. Input information from CCLs onto ALB

6. Log on and scan all relevant incoming and record all outgoing post.

7. Request identification search and property searches

8. Action, progress and update their task list daily

9. Run errands to include banking, shopping and other related tasks

10. Comply with service standards, GDPR and AML requirements.
