Customer Success Executive / Account Manager

Ivanmed Ltd – Leith, Edinburgh
£28,000–£30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Realistic OTE £35,000+ uncapped
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Office-based

About Ivanmed

Ivanmed is one of the UK's leading suppliers of aesthetic and medical devices, supporting more than 2,000 professional clinics across the UK.

As our customer base continues to grow, we're looking for a confident, organised and commercially minded Customer Success Executive / Account Manager to help our clinic customers successfully launch, grow and maximise the return from the products they have purchased.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where customer relationships, education and long-term success are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

This is not a cold-calling or new-business sales role.

You'll work exclusively with existing Ivanmed customers, helping them get the very best from our products, training, marketing support and educational resources.

You'll manage your own portfolio of clinic accounts, building long-term relationships while helping clinics become more successful and increase their treatment activity.

This is a proactive role with a strong focus on outbound customer contact and consistent daily activity by telephone, email and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own portfolio of existing clinic customers.
Build long-term relationships with clinic owners and therapists.
Make regular outbound calls, emails and WhatsApp contact.
Support new customer onboarding and product activation.
Help existing customers successfully relaunch products where required.
Promote training, webinars, educational resources and marketing support.
Help clinics increase treatment activity and ongoing product usage.
Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities across our product range.
Keep customer activity, notes and follow-up tasks updated within HubSpot CRM.
Work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Training teams.
Help improve customer retention, engagement and long-term account growth.

About You

You must have at least two years' experience in a call-based customer-facing role, such as:

Customer Success
Account Management
Telesales
Business Development
Customer Service

We're looking for someone who:

Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships.
Is confident making regular outbound customer calls.
Thrives in an activity and follow-up driven environment.
Communicates professionally by telephone, email and WhatsApp.
Is organised and able to manage multiple customer relationships.
Has good commercial awareness and enjoys helping customers grow.
Is comfortable using CRM systems and digital software.
Is proactive, positive and reliable.

Experience within aesthetics, beauty, healthcare or medical devices would be an advantage but is not essential. Full product and systems training will be provided.

What We Offer

£28,000–£30,000 basic salary depending on experience
Excellent uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £35,000+
