Job Title: SIA Licensed Door Supervisor – Lincoln City Centre

Company: T3 Security

Location: Lincoln, UK

Job Type: Part-time / Flexible hours (Weekend availability required)

Location: Must have a minimum of 1 years experience.

About Us

T3 Security, founded in 2012, has grown to become one of the fastest-growing northern-based security companies. We work with a wide range of blue-chip clients across various industries, and due to recent expansion in North Yorkshire, we are looking to add SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to our team in Lincoln City Centre.

The Role

As a Door Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers at high-profile, busy venues including pubs, bars, and nightclubs. Your role is essential in ensuring a safe, welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers on arrival
Conduct ID checks and searches where required
Manage crowd control effectively
Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and property
Follow assignment instructions and risk assessments
Represent T3 Security and our clients to the highest standard
Communicate clearly with clients, customers, and colleagues
Handle potential incidents calmly and professionally
Provide outstanding customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

All candidates must hold a valid DS SIA Licence and provide a verifiable 5-year work history.

Reliable, organised, and proactive
Energetic and self-motivated
Team players who can work under pressure
Available to work Friday and Saturday nights (minimum requirement)
