Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while developing your sales expertise.

Duties

Identify and generate new business leads through targeted prospecting and networking activities.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present products and services effectively.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities using IT tools and CRM systems to track progress and follow-ups.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Plan and organise daily schedules efficiently to optimise client visits and maximise sales potential.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services post-sale.
Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in face to face sales, with strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client engagements.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
Prior experience in sales or related roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for successful candidates.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in sales within a supportive environment that values professionalism, organisation, and excellent service delivery.

Please note that this is 100% commission based role and any successful candidate will be working as self employed.

Pay: £500.00-£700.00 per week
