Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Tyre Fitter and play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road. In this energetic position, you'll travel to various locations to provide expert tyre fitting services directly at customers' sites. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help you deliver top-quality service while maintaining high safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with excellent customer service, all while working in a fast-paced, mobile environment.

Duties

Travel to customer locations to perform tyre fitting, replacement, and repair services efficiently and professionally
Remove and replace tyres using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and safety standards are met
Conduct routine maintenance checks on tyres, including balancing and inflation adjustments
Assist customers by explaining tyre options, maintenance advice, and safety tips to enhance their driving experience
Lift heavy tyres safely using proper techniques and equipment to prevent injury and ensure quality work
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for each job
Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicle supplies are well-maintained and ready for daily use

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle tyres, wheels, and related components
Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tyre levers
Experience using power tools for tyre removal and installation tasks
Ability to perform routine maintenance on tyres and related vehicle parts
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Capable of heavy lifting safely when handling tyres or equipment during mobile service calls
Good problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately
