Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of various events. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a welcoming attitude, and experience in hospitality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop organisational and customer service skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs throughout the event
Manage guest flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
Support event setup and breakdown, including organising equipment and materials
Coordinate with management to ensure event activities run smoothly
Provide information about the event programme and venue facilities
Handle guest enquiries efficiently and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of event spaces during and after events
Assist with managing registrations or ticketing if required

Requirements

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not required
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or specialised event times as needed
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
