Full job description

We’re looking for an Academy Operations Manager to join the team at Bristol City Women’s FC for a 12 month fixed term contract. In this key role, you’ll work with the Academy Manager to ensure our Performance Pathway is safe, high-quality, and fully compliant with FA standards - supporting the development of elite talent every step of the way.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have proven experience of administrative management (this may or may not have been gained within football or other professional sports related field).
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Build positive relationships with ease, working collaboratively with colleagues, coaches, players, parents and external partners to create an outstanding Academy experience.
Are passionate about developing the women's game, taking pride in delivering high-quality operations that allow players and staff to perform at their best.
Have a solid understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures.

What you can expect to be involved in

Playing a key role in the day-to-day running of a Women’s Professional Game Academy, ensuring every operational detail supports a first-class player experience.
Working alongside an ambitious and passionate team, helping shape innovative ways of working while supporting the continued growth of the Academy.
Making a real impact on the development of the next generation of female footballers, contributing to an environment where players can thrive on and off the pitch.
