Job Overview

Warwick House is an award-winning exclusive-use wedding venue in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. Set within beautiful landscaped gardens, our stunning Grade II listed venue is renowned for delivering exceptional weddings, unforgettable celebrations, and outstanding guest experiences.

With around 200 weddings and events each year, we’re looking for a driven, personable, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves weddings, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Executive you will be based at the venue, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our couples and clients, making a lasting first impression from their initial enquiry through to booking. You’ll host showrounds, support open days and wedding events, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and help maximise revenue opportunities across weddings, accommodation, and venue hire.

We’re looking for someone with natural warmth, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be organised, professional, and confident working in a dynamic venue where no two days are the same.

Smart, professional, and well-presented, you'll be enthusiastic about the weddings and events we deliver. Your role will include hosting showrounds and open days, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You’ll also support our marketing team by contributing engaging social media content that reflects the spirit of our venue.

This is a full-time position 40 hours per week, including weekend and evening availability. Due to the nature of the events industry, flexibility is key, and working hours may vary, but this will be discussed in more detail at the interview stage for shortlisted candidates.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Optimise Wedding & Event bookings
Conducting showrounds of the venue to prospective couples and clients
Working with the Sales Manager to plan and host open days/evening at the venue
Responding to enquiries promptly and following-up to secure bookings
Ensuring the venue is set-up ahead of showrounds/sales events
Sales related administrative tasks such as taking bookings and initial deposits, sending booking forms, T’s & C’s and Wedding/Event information packs.
Upholding our brand’s personality and image across all social media platforms
Updating special offers, open day details and other key information
Ensuring images are updates, on brand and on trend
Understand the brand guidelines set by the Marketing Manager
Create Instagram grids and generate captivating content
Conduct competitor analysis to enhance our offerings
Support the Marketing Manager in developing a customer experience strategy and plan.
Working with the Marketing manager to develop our social media presence across all platforms
Investigating and proposing new events to hold at the Venue to generate further revenue for the business.
Content generation – liaise with suppliers (photographers, videographers and content creators etc) for imagery and video that is captivation or on brand for use across marketing platforms.
