We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Team Leader in our Operational Support Unit at Bridgend. Could you be who we are looking for?

About the team/Department you will be joining:
You will be joining a busy department that covers many business areas that support Policing. EG, Property management, finance, HR, estates, facilities, health and safety and others. The team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of these services by delivering high quality customer support and maintaining effective administrative processes.

About the role and your key responsibilities:
Working closely with the Divisional Operational Business Support Manager, you will supervise and support administrative and facilities staff. The team also contributes to service improvement initiatives and project work, ensuring operational processes remain efficient, effective, and responsive to the needs of the organisation.
