Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Manager to lead quality assurance and technical operations within the food industry. This pivotal role involves overseeing product safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. As a key leader, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your expertise will help ensure that our products meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations, contributing to our reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols aligned with industry standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to ensure food safety throughout the production process.
Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Lead internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize manufacturing workflows.
Train staff on quality standards, safety procedures, and best practices to foster a proactive approach to product integrity.
Manage documentation related to quality control activities, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging trends to ensure ongoing compliance and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food manufacturing or related industries with a strong understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP.
Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance processes, analysis skills, and process optimization.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Effective communication skills for training staff, reporting findings, and collaborating across departments.
Relevant certifications in food safety or quality management are highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
