Assistant Site Manager

Location: Liverpool, Blackburn & the M65 Corridor

£24.00 - £25.00 per hour | Immediate Start

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Looking for more than just your next contract?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected residential housebuilder on an initial temporary contract, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Upon joining permanently, you'll receive a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000, a £3,000 car allowance, and the opportunity to earn up to a 10% annual bonus for achieving site targets.

We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager with a solid trade background who understands what it takes to deliver quality new-build homes from the ground up through to final customer handover.

The Role

Assist with the day-to-day management of residential housing developments.
Support the delivery of new-build homes from groundworks through to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Monitor quality throughout every stage of the build and ensure exceptional finishing standards.
Carry out inspections, snagging and final handovers.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety on site.

About You

Around 3-4 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
A strong construction trade background.
Experience helping deliver homes from the ground up through to completed handover.
Excellent communication, organisational and customer liaison skills.
A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
Passionate about delivering quality homes and providing first-class customer service.

What's On Offer

£24.00 - £25.00 per hour initially.
Genuine temporary to permanent opportunity.
Permanent salary of £32,000 - £40,000.
£3,000 car allowance.
Up to 10% annual performance bonus.
Long-term career progression with an established residential developer.
