Full job description

岗位职责：

l 全流程招聘与人才储备： 负责全方位招聘工作，包括渠道拓展、面试安排及人才库建立；为公司关键岗位提供持续的人才储备支持。

l 职业发展与规划： 协助编制关键岗位的职业发展路径，为员工提供职业规划指导。

l 员工生命周期管理： 办理员工入职、转正、调岗、合同续签及离职等各项手续。

l 人事档案与合规审计： 建立并维护准确的员工人事档案；确保所有记录符合英国最新法规；密切跟踪并及时了解英国劳动政策及法律法规的变动，确保公司人力资源各项操作持续符合最新合规要求。

l 绩效管理： 负责绩效考核全过程跟进，包括提醒各事业部按时提交绩效计划、实时跟进考核状态与评分进度；负责审核绩效考核表，确保考评流程的规范性与准确性。

l 培训与员工关系： 组织员工入职及技能培训；解答公司政策疑问，关注员工动态，公正处理投诉及劳动争议。

l 薪酬与福利核算： 准确核算英国员工薪资及养老金，负责工资单发放及相关税务合规工作。

l 其他：领导安排的其他工作。

Responsibilities:

l Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including expanding sourcing channels, coordinating interviews, and building a robust talent pool to support key organizational roles.

l Career Development & Planning: Assist in defining career paths for critical positions and provide professional guidance for employees' career growth.

l Employee Lifecycle Management: Administer all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, internal transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding procedures.

l Personnel Records & Compliance Audit: Establish and maintain accurate employee files; ensure all HR records comply with the latest UK employment regulations and data protection standards；proactively monitor and stay updated on changes in UK employment laws and regulations to ensure continuous HR compliance.

l Performance Management: Oversee the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including notifying departments to submit appraisals, tracking completion status and scoring progress, and auditing performance review forms for accuracy and consistency.

l Training & Employee Relations: Coordinate induction and skills training sessions; act as a point of contact for policy inquiries, monitor employee morale, and handle grievances or labor disputes impartially.

l Payroll & Benefits Administration: Accurately calculate salaries and pensions for UK employees; manage payroll distribution and ensure compliance with HMRC tax regulations and statutory requirements.

l Other duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the leadership team.

Requirements:

l Experience: At least 1 year of HR-related experience; prior experience in UK-based HR operations is highly preferred.

l Professional Qualification: CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is a significant advantage.

l Work Authorization: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.

l Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken); ability to accurately handle bilingual legal documents and employment contracts in a cross-cultural environment.

l Technical Skills: Solid understanding of UK Employment Law; highly organized with strong attention to detail, a high sense of confidentiality, and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.

l Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
