Are you looking to further your career in IT? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join the team as an 'IT Support Technician' based in our urbanbubble head office in Manchester City Centre.

It's an exciting time for urbanbubble, as we embark on a large scale digital transformation project. If you are someone who loves promoting the efficient and innovative use of technology, and has a willingness to learn new systems as the company evolves, this may be the role for you!

Salary between £26,000 - £30,000

What will you do?

Be accountable for managing the first- and second-line support queue
Provide first and second line support for all colleagues via phone, email, remote capability or face-to-face
Ensure accurate records are kept on actions taken within the ticket management system.
Compliance with associated policies, processes, and procedures
Advanced Support of MS Office Applications, such as Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Azure.
Support Audio Visual / Meeting Room Technology.
Manage escalated tickets from other team members.
Support business growth with system expertise and helpdesk support to ensure new business initiatives.
Manage Service desk processes such as leavers, new starters, and movers.
Participating in deployment and implementation of IT projects

What we are looking for?

Technical skills required:

Windows 10/11
Strong Microsoft Stack- Office 365, InTune, Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint
Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
Windows Defender
Bitlocker
Basic Networking LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS
PowerShell scripting

Innovative with an ability to comprehend and work effectively on technical issues.
Great energy and resilience with ability to prosper in fast-paced environment.
Good focus on quality of output and attention to detail
Professional and Customer Focus (mainly internal customers)
Respects Confidentiality of Data
