Overview
Join our dynamic team as a General Labourer and become a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will be hands-on in a fast-paced factory environment, supporting various production processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Your contributions will help us maintain high standards of quality and safety while fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing, warehouse operations, and mechanical tasks within a thriving facility.

Responsibilities

Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of work areas to maintain a clean and organized factory environment
Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, or production lines efficiently and safely
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to maintenance teams
Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production targets and deadlines

Skills

Knowledge of factory processes, assembly line operations, and general manufacturing practices
Prior warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with material handling procedures
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Physical stamina for lifting, standing, walking, and performing manual tasks over extended periods
