Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the friendly face ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service and delicious offerings. Your energy and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences, whether serving food, preparing beverages, or maintaining a welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in catering, food preparation, and customer service within a lively and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations while adhering to food safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and service stations
Support barista duties by preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless hospitality experiences during busy periods

Skills

Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
Experience in food preparation or barista work is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
A genuine passion for hospitality, catering, and creating positive guest interactions

Pay: £12.71 per hour
