Full job description

THIS ROLE IS BASED ON SITE IN PRINCES RISBOROUGH, HP27 9RS.

All applicants must already have the right to live and work in the UK and have a basic level of English to allow compliance with our Health and Safety requirements. Interviews are held on a face to face basis. Previous applicants need not reapply.

We are seeking both skilled and unskilled workers, alongside Apprentices, to train as multi-skilled operators in all aspects of our bed making operations. Previous experience in the furniture manufacture or upholstery business would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be offered.

We operate a 39 hour week

Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 4.45pm with optional overtime hours often available on Fridays/Saturdays.

Starting Salary: £12.71 for the first 12 weeks then rising to £13.35

Following successful probation - potential to earn up to £4.00 per hour performance bonus on completion of training. Higher rates are available for skilled upholsterers and tape edgers.
