Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with integrity and care? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registry Associate to join our Customer Services team on afixed term contract up tp 6-months.
Join our dynamic, fast-paced team as a Registry Associate, where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help ensure fair outcomes for our customers. In this key role, you’ll work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, applying a high level of skill and care to every task.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll play an important part in meeting service level agreements and upholding all procedural and regulatory standards. This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the opportunity to provide essential operational support across both colleague and member services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating within a dynamic and high-performing environment, executing both physical and digital tasks in adherence to approved process manuals. Ensure all activities meet internal service level agreements (SLAs) and comply with regulatory standards.
- Providing collaborative support across all functions within the Retail network and Head Office. This includes the production, distribution, scanning, and imaging of documents - both physical and digital - this role involves hands-on responsibilities beyond traditional desk-based work, utilising specialised equipment and coordinating with external service providers.
- Facilitating seamless workflow across the organisation by delivering a range of essential services that support both colleagues and members.
- Contributing actively to a culture of Operational Excellence by identifying opportunities to improve, streamline, and future-proof existing processes.
- Taking personal accountability for your performance and professional development, while also supporting the growth and success of your colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrates adaptability and effective teamwork in a dynamic environment
- Communicates clearly with sound judgment and situational awareness
- Possesses strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Delivers excellent customer service with a professional and positive approach
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications
