Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting and decorating techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential, commercial, or industrial environments. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and care.
Follow detailed project plans and specifications to achieve the desired look and quality standards.
Use a variety of tools including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding safely and effectively.
Communicate clearly with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong eye for detail.
Valid driving license preferred for transportation between sites.
Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Strong physical stamina for standing, climbing ladders, and working at heights over extended periods.
Ability to interpret project plans, technical drawings, and instructions accurately.
Knowledge of safety standards related to painting equipment and construction sites.
Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality across multiple job sites.
