About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is ready to support the successful delivery of multiple construction projects while developing their career in a fast-growing organization.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will help coordinate project schedules, manage documentation, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects remain on track from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating construction projects to ensure successful delivery.

Documentation Management: Prepare project reports, maintain accurate records, monitor documentation, and keep project information up to date.

Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication throughout each project.

Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, budgets, schedules, and deliverables while helping identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project timelines.

Site Support: Attend project meetings and site visits when required, ensuring construction activities align with project objectives and health and safety requirements.

Procurement Assistance: Support purchasing activities by coordinating materials, equipment, subcontractor documentation, and delivery schedules.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, or project administration is preferred. Experience supporting construction projects is highly desirable.

Education: Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.

Organisation: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.

Mindset: A proactive, dependable, and solution-focused professional who enjoys collaborating with others, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is committed to delivering successful projects while continuously developing their skills.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
