Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door.

About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our business. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and helping to create a positive, lively environment. Your attitude, personality, and work ethic will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers warmly and creating a friendly first impression
Taking orders accurately and confidently while engaging with customers
Providing menu knowledge and making recommendations where appropriate
Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting front-of-house area
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
Encouraging repeat visits through excellent service and positive interactions

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
