Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Food Service Assistant and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support food preparation, serve guests with enthusiasm, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment for all customers. Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
Serve meals and beverages to guests in a friendly, professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Follow proper food safety procedures, including hygiene practices and temperature controls
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as appropriate

Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with meal preparation, serving techniques, and guest services protocols
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively

Pay: £12.71 per hour
