Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, support team members, and keep administrative processes on track. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while making a meaningful impact on our organization’s success.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and files to support efficient workflow
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Xero accounting
Assist with invoicing, billing, and record-keeping to ensure financial accuracy and timely processing
Support administrative projects by preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
Ensure all clerical tasks are completed promptly, including typing documents and managing email correspondence

Requirements

Proven experience in an office or administrative role with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Xero
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
Demonstrated data entry accuracy and clerical experience with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to type quickly and accurately for extended periods
Previous office experience involving administrative support or clerical duties is preferred
Full time position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
