About The Role

Are you ready to join a Company that really believes that people are the very heart of the business and really values your contribution? Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, we’re looking for a Senior Fleet Service Administrator to join our team.

The Senior Fleet Administrator provides senior administrative support across Fleet Services, focusing on process ownership, data quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role acts as a central point of coordination for fleet administration activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective record management. It also supports process improvements, maintains high data standards, provides quality assurance across administrative tasks, and offers guidance and support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee fleet administration activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Maintain fleet records, procedures, and data quality standards.
Define, maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fleet administration activity.
Proactively identify inefficiencies, recurring issues and data quality risks across fleet administration processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
Work with Fleet Services management to prioritise and embed improvement initiatives.
Support compliance, audit, and governance requirements.
Produce and validate fleet reports, highlighting key trends and issues.
Oversee procurement and financial administration processes.
Support reconciliation of fleet costs, recharges and billing queries, escalating issues where required.
Provide guidance, training, and support to Fleet Support Administrators.
Act as an escalation point for complex administrative queries and issues.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

Essential

Experience in a senior administrative, coordination or operational support role.
Proven experience owning and improving administrative processes.
Strong data discipline with the ability to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
Confident user of fleet, asset or operational systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence process improvement without direct authority.

Desirable

Experience within fleet, transport, logistics or regulated environments.
Experience supporting audits, compliance or governance processes.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior administrators.
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies in an operational context.
